Hesed Committee

Hesed is Hebrew for "loving kindness."  It is a special value of the Jewish people and Midway is always ready to spread a little hesed around the community. The Hesed Committee is ready to help you or a loved one.

The Hesed Committee will:

• Bring you to the synagogue if you need a ride.
• Visit a homebound family member who lives in the area.
• Shmooze with a lonely person over the phone.
• Set up a home shivah should a family require that.

The Hesed Committee wants to spread a little love around,but we can only do it with your help.  Do you know someone who could use our help?
