Sandi Bettan
After teaching here at Midway for a few years, I am proud to be the director at the Midway Jewish Center Janice M. Lustig Early Childhood Center. I have welcomed children and families to our school for over 10 years. I have a Master’s degree in Education and many years of teaching experience in grades N-2 but Midway is truly my favorite place to be. Albert Einstein said, “Play is the highest form of research”. While playing and learning children become their best selves. The joy I get when a child helps another, sings Hatikvah, tries something new, writes their name is what makes my role at Midway so special. Being part of the Midway family with my husband and 3 sons is a great blessing. Please reach out to me anytime, I am always eager to hear from you.

I have been working as the ECC’s administrative assistant for over 10 years. I was a teacher in my former life with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and I love spending time with the children at our school. I have four children. I enjoy reading, crafts and traveling.
