MUSY Exec Board Elections are coming up!

Applications are due by Friday, May 9th at 5pm.

You must be a paid and registered member of our senior youth group, and a rising 9th through 12th grade student to apply. MUSY Board President must be a member of Midway Jewish Center. 

Midway's award-winning USY Chapter, MUSY, is part of USY (United Synagogue Youth), the youth group for the Conservative Movement. 

USY empowers Jewish youth to develop friendships, leadership skills, a sense of belonging to the Jewish people, a deep engagement with and love for Israel, and a commitment to inspired Jewish living through meaningful and fun experiences based on the ideology of Conservative Judaism.

USY encourages Jewish teens to get involved in local youth groups. USY also provides experiences throughout the school year (weekend retreats throughout the USA) and in Israel with USY High. USY invites teens to experience summer travel with USY Wheels, exploring cities throughout the USA, and abroad in Europe and Israel. Sign up for more info here.  

Our local USY chapter, MUSY, invites teens in 8th Grade through 12th Grade from Nassau County in Long Island to join together on Sunday evenings (7:30pm-9pm) throughout the school year.

You do not have to be a member of Midway Jewish Center to get involved!* New members are welcome to join any time during the year.

*In order to hold the MUSY President position, you must be a MJC member.
