LIBOR is the voice of the Long Island rabbinate.  We work collectively to serve the Long Island Jewish Community through idea sharing, strategic planning and joint action focusing on the issues facing our community. Our goals are to strengthen and build our Long Island congregations, foster interdenominational and interfaith relations and address day to day concerns facing our congregants.
