On Shabbat and Festivals, we offer the Mi Sheberach blessing for those in need of healing (physically, spiritually, and emotionally).  Rabbi Levenson will ensure that this blessing is said for your loved one(s) on Shabbat morning.

When completing this form, please be sure to provide your loved one's name in English and Hebrew (if known).

The names will remain on the list for thirty (30) days.  You may resubmit your request if you would like us to continue saying the blessing.

Please notify us if your loved one's name should be removed from the list before thirty days by sending an e-mail to mwerner@mjc.org
