MEKHIRAT CHAMEITZ FORM

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Joel Levenson to act in my behalf to sell all chameitz possessed by me—knowingly or unknowingly—as defined by Torah and Rabbinic Law, and lease all places wherein chameitz owned may be found.  This transaction will be in effect for the duration of Pesach, with sundown on Friday, April 11, 2025 and runs through Sunday, April 20, 2025, 8:21 PM.    In the spirit of the words of the Haggadah—

ALL WHO ARE HUNGRY, LET THEM ENTER AND EAT

I enclose this gift of tzedakah, made payable to the Rabbi’s Fund, to be used for all people who are hungry or in need.  Money collected will be used for both me’ot chittin, food provisions donated specifically to Jewish people in need, as well as to the New York Board of Rabbis which addresses the needs of poor Jews throughout our area and throughout the year.
